"The best part of this hotel is its proximity to the beach. We had problems with hot water the first night. No one is posted at the front desk. So getting help is not convenient. I fully expected small rooms but the twin bedroom was tough with two woman sharing. The is little space to put luggage. The shower splashes onto the bathroom door and the effects of that over time are obvious. Luckily we were not there to enjoy the hotel. We were there only to sleep. If you want a place to relax and hang out, this hotel offers no sitting area or lounge. "

"In the description it stated self parking included, washer and dryer. There was no parking. We had to park in a structure 10 + minutes away at an additional $10 cost. There was only a washing machine, and the machine was not hooked up to the water. After contacting the owner, they did not know why it was not hooked up, and when asked about the dryer, stated there was no dryer, places do not have dryers. My husband had to look at the washing machine and noticed it was not hooked up to water, which he did. In addition, the property did not have hot water. when I contacted the owner again, she said look for a hot water turn on. we looked and could not fix this issue. The owner stopped taking my calls and would not respond. This was the worst stay we have ever encountered. The only reason we chose this place was for the included parking and the ability to do laundry, which was not the case. The false advertisement and the unacceptable conditions of no hot water was the reason for our poor rating"

"There was no heating on during my stay; the room was cold. The TV on the wall had no nearby socket to plug it into. The lamp on the table had no socket to plug it into. Two of the pictures on the wall were shocking. The curtains were back to front: the right side faced out, and the lining faced the room. Moreover, they were really thin with lots of human hair between the lining and the curtain. "
