"The room was lovely, staff very helpful, i didn't have breakfast as i only have tea and toast and they were going to charge me £15-50 , i think they need to review this policy. "

"Check-in was quick and easy as someone was at the desk but there were times I would have liked to ask a question of a staff member but there was no one around. I would also like to have had a suitcase stand rather than have it opened on the floor. I don't like to us the bed as a suitcase stand as the suitcase is not particularly clean."
