"Room was lovely, giant mirror, giant TV, very spacious. We had a twin room with "single" beds - the beds were actually nearly double bed size and very comfortable. The range of food at the free breakfast was so extensive that we were spoilt for choice - the smell of the freshly cooking waffles was heavenly. The on site car park was so brilliant - it was an extra £15 per night, but very good value really for the location and security for the vehicle. Would absolutely definitely stay again - it would be my first choice of hotel for centre of Birmingham. We loved it! Thank you to all the staff."

"We had a fantastic time at Clayton Hotel Birmingham - my mum wouldn’t stop talking about it for weeks after the trip. Hisham was very friendly and efficient. When checking in, I asked him if we could be allocated a room with a fridge as we had food. He recognised us from previous stays, and upgraded us to a larger, luxurious suite. The breakfast was also lovely. It was clean and well maintained. A member of staff (I believe the manager) also checked to see if we were okay, which we appreciated. Overall, a fantastic stay and looking forward to visiting again in the coming weeks. "

"Breakfast was very good and fresh! The dinner offerings left me wanting. Not much variety - very limited. The bar was clean, staff were readily available, but selections were very limited and uninspired. The rooms were very clean, modern and well appointed. An option I would like to have seen would be the availability of a small refrigerator."
