The staff were awesome ... really interested in you and your wellbeing. The food was really enjoyable. A real gem of a place. It is called Best Western for a reason, that being that it is the best.

Genting Hotel & Spa at Resorts World Birmingham
Warm and friendly hotel staff, the room was amazing! The bed super comfortable and the L-shaped sofa to watch tv, was nice too. Breakfast was also great, highly recommend, no disappointments. Obviously the use of the spa was great.

Rooms were clean, well equiped. But the main door was harsh to close and open and would make some good noise. Hope it will get sorted.

There was sufficient work and rest space, and all amenities were in place. It was close to transport and shops, a home away from home. But 10am check out time seemed a bit like jumping out of bed, straight to the street! And the check-in time is 4pm. It might work better for check-out time to be ...
