"Upon arrival, we were greeted with the news of a room upgrade from umi to sake suite which was great news. After having difficulty with the TV in our original room we were kindly moved to another without fuss. The staff were great and very accommodating whenever we had questions. The breakfast was great and so was the spa overall a great stay would definitely recommend"

Specifically Meri’s customer service, and great attitude made our trip that much better. Would definitely stay here again when coming back to Barcelona!! The walls are thin and there were times we head our neighbors, at the same note they were also loud neighbors. The staff there was kind and accommodating. The breakfast buffet had a large variety but I felt like some items needed to be heated better. "
