"Place is very nice! They definitely need some improvements in the gym area. Very nice staff. Everyone was really accommodating, specially Edwin, Souza, Stefany and Vanessa.
Food was really good but they definitely need to make some adjustments. Lines were huge for breakfast and lunch stations.
They were not that good with snacks and the Entertainment is not the best for adults.
It is a really good place for kids and families. Not so much for couples.

"The stay was very good. We were upgraded to a larger suite with a balcony and water view which was very nice. The room itself was not properly cleaned when we arrived which was disappointing but to avoid further delays I did not communicate this to the front desk so I have to be transparent about that. We found open water bottles in the mini bar and candy wrappers under the bed as well as the toilet being dirty in the bathroom. Other than that the room was fine in terms of cleanliness.

"This hotel is awesome. If you're coming from the English speaking world, stay here. I had some of the best food at the hotel restrauant, especially the matuto metido a besta!! Top 3 dishes ive ever had in my life and i travel a lot. Bed was large and comfortable, shower and bathroom also great, plus perfect view of the beach +pool. "Had a nice and relaxing stay here. Large room, comfortable bed, lovely pool area, delicious breakfast, good staff. Plenty of parking and close enough to restaurants and walkable to the beach.
Internet worked great for doing a couple of Zoom meetings during our stay. Terrace off room is spacious and overlooks the pool."
