Não voltaria.

Quando eu cheguei, o check in foi muito demorado, meu quarto estava com o ar quebrado, tive que pedir um novo quarto e me deram um quarto de PCD horroroso, a comida do room service era horrível, muito ruim mesmo, enfim péssima experiência, fiquei no hotel apenas algumas horas, e essas foram minhas impressões.

Alagamento no banheiro do 212.

Hotel com ótimas instalações, tudo muito limpo e organizado. Porém, o ralo do box do banheiro estava entupido e provocou um enorme alagamento, gerando um transtorno desnecessário… Ficamos no quarto 212 e observamos que a porta do banheiro já estava com a madeira inchada, sinal de problema previamente existente.

Hotel completo. Boa Localização, infraestrutura e atendimento. O hotel fica proximo á praia dos Artistas, na Via Costeira No hotel, tem muita variedade de entretenimento, piscina, academia, sala de jogos, área para descanso e lazer. No quarto TV LCD com opções de canais, ar condicionado, cofre, frigibar, secador de cabelo, wi-fi e boa ducha.A cama é muita boa e confortável. O cafe da manhã é completo e a cada dia com itens variados.Fazem tapioca, crepioca e omelete. A piscina é muitas boa, com sol o diai inteiro.Na frente do hotel tem uma pequena praia, bem sossegada e com acesso pela avenida do hotel.O hotel fornece toalhas para praia e.piscina. O restaurante do hotel não funciona nas segundas-feiras, de terça a sábado, com serviço de almoço e jantar, com pratos executivos e aos domingos só almoço até as 15h. O atendimento é atenciso e simpático. O hotel.estava cheio, porém tinha muita gente á trabalho e as areas de. azer estavam vazias e tranquilas. Surpreendeu!!

Vimos as fotos pelo site e logos nos interessamos, com a classificação muito boa, e quando chegamos fomos muito bem recepcionados pelos funcionarios, a comida otima, o quarto limpo e aconchegante, a piscina otima a paisagem nem se fala, otimo para descansar de verdade. infelizmente quem possui operadora Tim o sinal não funciona bem na região do hotel, e a internet do hotel é boa porem com muito acesso junto você não consegue acessar sempre cai, mas fora isso ótimo em tudo no hotel

Linda estrututura em Natal

Instalações novas e vistas espetaculares da praia. Perfeito para quem esta de carro pois fica em local afastado. Café da manhã excelente. Bicicletas para emprestimo fazem a diferença. Na descrição conta uma copa, a qual fui impedida de usar para aquecer uma refeição que comprei fora e queria comer na sacada do quarto. O restaurante igualmente se negou a aquecer. Foi constrangedor ficar segurando uma marmita na recepção e ouvindo que não poderia usar o espaco destinado a hospedes para aquecer a comida.

Memorable stay

Downside was at check-in we were given a room of a lower category than booked. After checking with reception we were told that there was a technical problem with the room of the correct category allocated for and we could change the following day. Which was ok and we did so. A bit disappointing that only after asking for a partial refund of the first night (difference of room price) at the check-out we were granted a proportionate discount. This should have been proposed automatically and not only after asking…. Also be sure to put the ‘please make my room’ outside of the room as otherwise room will not be cleaned… after all sorted out we really enjoyed the room with frontal sea view and a hammock on the small balcony 😃

Insatisfação

Durante a estadia ocorreu tudo dentro dos conformes porém na hora de realizar o check out me foi informado que estavam faltando duas toalhas em meu quarto , uma de banho e uma de rosto… a de banho sim estava comigo pois como tinha alinhado com a recepção eu iria para um passeio em pipa e deixaria minha mala ainda no hotel e retornando devolvi a toalha como alinhado porém o recepcionista ficou batendo na tecla de que faltava uma toalha de rosto ao qual não faz sentido já que a única toalha que peguei emprestado foi a de banho para o passeio e assim que cheguei devolvi imediatamente. Fica muito clara a insatisfação ao ter um funcionário alegando que você roubou algo na frente de várias pessoas ao qual tbm estavam realizando o seu checkout. Vou enviar uma msg pra a administradora reclamando da situação e da total exposição junto ao hotel e se for realmente escolher ou indicar aqui dentro da empresa , não o farei pois me senti extremamente exposto de uma maneira desnecessária e desrespeitosa

Sono stato un altra volta circa 6 anni fa in questa struttura, avevo ricevuto informazioni in merito alla sua ristrutturazione ma onestamente è stata una delusione, siamo stati 9 giorni e non abbiamo potuto usare la piscina perchè era in ristrutturazione e vista la natura della spiaggia sottostante, tutta roccia, non è stato possibile nemmeno godere di qualche giorno al sole o in acqua. Inoltre è mancata due volte l'acqua nel bagno e non sappiamo i motivi Ritornerò a Natal nel mese di Novembre 2025 e non credo che userò i servizi di questo Hotel. Inoltre cosa molto importante il prezzo pagato non è affatto commisurato al luogo ed ai servizi erogati.

O hotel é muito bonito e muito bem localizado em termos de vista para o mar e da natureza. Para se deslocar para outros pontos da cidade, um carro é muito útil. O atendimento foi excelente, da recepção, passando pela governança, até o serviço do restaurante. Quarto muito confortável e limpo. Tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Café da manhã farto, variado e muito gostoso. Piscina muito boa e ótima para relaxar e se divertir. Gostamos muito e pretendemos voltar!

Muito a melhorar para ser um hotel Escola.

As instalações são boas, bem limpo e conservados. O atendimento muito ruim. Principalmente no restaurante. Pedi ovos fritos no café da manhã e demorou quase meia hora. Qd reclamei da demora, fui confrontado, Mil desculpas. À noite muito o barulho vindo da área do restaurante. Pedi para baixarem o volume às 22:40h, e perguntaram se eu queria trocar de quarto, já que os hóspedes estavam “consumindo “. No dia seguinte, pedimos para esquentar um sanduíche na cozinha para o nosso neto e nos foi negado. Também não gostei do atendimento da recepção. Muito prolixo e pouco cordiais.
