Hotel is very family friendly. Customer service was excellent from the moment you check in. Food had a variety of selections from Breakfast, Lunch, to Dinner. Hotel is beachfront and the views are spectacular.

The stay was very good. We were upgraded to a larger suite with a balcony and water view which was very nice. The room itself was not properly cleaned when we arrived which was disappointing but to avoid further delays I did not communicate this to the front desk so I have to be transparent about that. We found open water bottles in the mini bar and candy wrappers under the bed as well as the toilet being dirty in the bathroom. Other than that the room was fine in terms of cleanliness. Another thing we did not like was that the sliding door to the balcony did not close properly. Even when locked there was a gap between the doors so if someone on the outside wanted to open the door they could easily slip something between the doors and unlatch the lock so every night we were tying the door latch with string so that it could not be slipped open. The hotel itself was very safe and we didn’t feel unsafe at any point, but you can never be too careful and we felt this was disappointing in terms of personal safety in the room. Other than that we had a wonderful stay. The pool was very clean and pleasant to use, the buffet breakfast and dinner were SO delicious and we always found something new to try every morning and night. The buffet area was kept incredibly clean with consistent supervision from staff. We also utilized the spa and had a pleasant and relaxing experience. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay despite the downsides I described.

Fomos super mal tratados pq sentamos numa área vip na beira da piscina, sem saber que era vip diga-se de passagem e aí chegaram umas colaboradoras do hotel e tiraram o ombrelone e uma das cadeiras que estávamos usando, sem o maior tato, com falta de educação, foi péssimo. Hotel bom com estrutura boa mas as pessoas sem qualificação suficiente. Se eles realmente querem vender cotas da rede deles de hotel precisam qualificar melhor essas pessoas responsáveis por esses espaços. Uma pena

Hotel excelente mas inconveniente.

O hotel é excelente, mas o assédio para comprar os pacotes da rede é muito inconveniente, te oferecem um valor para consumir no hotel, condicionado a assistir uma palestra, e depois ficam te assediando para comprar um pacote de viagens absurdo, foi difícil sair da sala sem comprar nada. Não vale a pena o que te oferecem para passar por isso.

De um modo geral, o resort é muito bom. Porém, alguns pontos podem melhorar. O café da manhã, em comparação com outros hoteis que já frequentei, ficou muito abaixo em sabor e variedade. Pouca disponibilidade de cadeiras e espreguiçadeira nas áreas de banho. Por fim, eles possuem um plano de associação no qual te persuadem a aderir desde o check-in, o que incomoda e nos fez perder meio dia de estadia

Adorei a estada

A primeira opção de apartamento que me disponibilizaram foi no andar mais baixa em frente das piscinas. Não pude aceitá-lo, pois cheirava mofo, entretanto quando me dirigi á recepção eles foram super cordiais e me ofereceram outro no sétimo andar. Aí, ficou excelente, pois um ótimo apartamento com muita luminosidade e muito agradável.

Abordagem inadequada

A estrutura do hotel e suas comodidades são excelentes. A única coisa que peca é a insistente tentativa de ofertas de benefícios em outros hotéis da rede. Desde a chegada, literalmente, há essa ação, que se estende até o final da viagem. Para um lugar em que se pretende relaxar, essa abordagem não parece adequada.
