O hotel é maravilhoso, custo beneficio excelente. O atendimento desde da recepção, ao pessoal da limpeza foi ótimo, todo mundo muito atencioso, educado e solicito. A alimentação todos os dias foi ótima, muito gostosa a comida e com várias opções. O bar e o restaurante da piscina são maravilhosos. A limpeza do quarto estava ótima, bem como das áreas comuns do hotel, sempre haviam funcionários limpando tudo, inclusive as mesas. Alguns pontos negativos: O hotel tem 0 acessibilidade, viajei com uma bebe de 6 meses e andar com o carrinho dela pelo hotel era um transtorno, pela quantidade de escadas em todos os acessos, bem como elevador que só leva do 1 ao 2 andar, e também é bem velho e o tempo todo parecia que ia parar conosco lá dentro. Outro ponto negativo foi que no quarto que fiquei a cama de casal eram 2 camas de solteiro juntas, onde ficamos caindo entre as camas o tempo todo. Por fim, a acústica dos quartos tbm n é das melhores, da pra ouvir tudo que se passa nos corredores, e inclusive conversas dos outros quartos, como também o som ao vivo da área do restaurante é bem alto nos quartos, e é pq eu fiquei no 3º andar. Apesar desses poucos pontos negativos, recomendo bastante o hotel e iria mais vezes com certeza!

O hotel tem uma estrutura mais antiga, e embora o quarto estivesse limpo, apresentava alguns sinais de desgaste e umidade. A cortina blackout não bloqueava totalmente a luz pela manhã. O banheiro é pequeno e também mostra alguns detalhes de acabamento que poderiam ser melhorados. Por outro lado, as áreas da piscina são agradáveis e bem cuidadas. A comida é satisfatória, ainda que sem grandes destaques. No geral, o ambiente do hotel é bom.

Infelizmente não foi nada bom.Os quartos de frente para o jardim não são nada confortável, muita umidade, cheiro muito forte de mofo, tive que pedir para trocar de quarto, me colocaram em um outro quarto, esse tinha me os cheiro de mofo,. Tenha cuidado ao fazer reservar nos quartos de frente pro jardim, apesar q nao tem jardim, era de frente pro estacionamento. Quarto 217, e 213 horrível.

Fui em uma viagem com marido e casal de amigos. Pior hotel que já fiquei. Tanto que decidimos mudar de hotel em menos de 24h de estadia. Não tinha como ficar. Desagradável! Horrível! Fotos não condiz com a realidade em nada! Fio dental e palito de dente usados no banheiro, chuveiro frio, pouca água, vaso sujo. Piso manchado. Papel higiênico uma lixa. Poucas opções no café e pão era uma tábua. Quarto sujo, frigobar encardido com borracha solta. Cofre sem cadeado e enferrujado. Roupa de cama com mal cheiro. Espelho descascando. Móveis estufados. Infiltração na parede. Porções na piscina ruins, buffet ruim, até o arroz parecia requentado no almoço. Decepção. Não buscava luxo, apenas mínimas condições de estadia.

Quanto a acessibilidade fica a desejar, não funcionava os elevadores, tinha muita escada e para quem estava com bebê de colo ficava muito delicado o deslocamento, no mais a comida era boa, bebida farta e petiscos bons.
