Good option in Natal

We stayed there twice. Fist time 4 nights- 1st floor area D. I Didn’t like that area. Close to the kitchen so it was a little warm and smelly. Not in the room though. Good food. Good service. Second time, 1st floor area B. Soo much better. It’s a beautiful hotel.

Place is very nice! They definitely need some improvements in the gym area. Very nice staff. Everyone was really accommodating, specially Edwin, Souza, Stefany and Vanessa. Food was really good but they definitely need to make some adjustments. Lines were huge for breakfast and lunch stations. They were not that good with snacks and the Entertainment is not the best for adults. It is a really good place for kids and families. Not so much for couples. My room was amazing! Everything was nice, clean and well maintained.

The property is well located with a great view. However, at arrival, I found out the two rooms were not placed together as requested during the reservation. Hotel staff had to fix the rooms locations, but took 4 hours to get it resolved. Área where rooms were located was under renovation and one of the rooms had no hot water in the showers and the other room had a cracked window and poorly maintained window.

Ambiente excepcional, aconchegante, de fato 5 estrelas. Quarto impecável, comida inesquecível. Variedade da comida é sensacional. A massagista, fico até sem palavras, mãos de fada. Os garçons e recepcionistas com certeza muito bem treinados. Todos muito receptivos e prestativos. Me senti num paraíso. Única coisa que eu mudaria é quanto ao tempo de entrega do serviço na praia, demora um pouco. Os baristas são excepcionais. Na minha lua de mel certeza que o SEHRS será uma opção. Lugar que dá pra perceber que foi pensado nos mínimos detalhes.

Água Mineral com Sabor Exclusivo de Praia.

Em um dos restaurantes, tive a infeliz surpresa de ser servido com algo que parecia água da praia dentro de uma garrafa de água mineral. Uma sensação simplesmente horrível! O mínimo que se esperaria era um pedido de desculpas, mas nada disso aconteceu. Apenas substituíram a água e continuaram trabalhando como se fosse a coisa mais normal do mundo.

For the price I definitely expected more, especially when it comes to the food. Breakfast was great (we had the more private breakfast because we payed more for a suite so maybe that influenced that result) but lunch and dinner were par to sub-par in my opinion. A lot of the buffet foods were way overcooked and semi flavorless. When you're spending so much money to have full meal services and you eat food that isn't as good as what you make at home that was for sure disappointing. ... Location and convenience was great, especially with two little kids, but I think I would have enjoyed it more in a hotel that would give a little more effort.

Muito bom, poucas ressalvas!

Entrega o que promete. O atendimentos na piscina e praia muito bons, atendentes muito atenciosos. Na recepção são mais "secos", porém sempre educados. A camareira do 7º andar muito solícita e educada. Entendo que os restaurantes precisam melhorar o custo benefício, achei um pouco "salgado" pelo que oferecem. Come-se bem melhor indo de Uber até Ponta Negra e bem mais barato. Mas no geral foi muito bom.

Hotel está meio antigo, acomodações no geral precisam de uma reforma apesar dos quartos serem amplos. Serviço médio, camareira não limpou nosso quarto no horário tive que ligar para solicitar além de não repor amenidades como condicionador e sabonete, nos restaurantes a lá carte (Marenostro) a comida demorava muito e os garçons eram meio atrapalhados. O Wi-Fi do hotel não é bom, conexão lenta. Um hotel 5 estrelas precisa encantar o cliente, tudo precisa estar impecável pelo preço que se paga e não foi o que aconteceu.

Péssimo atendimento, primeiro a pessoa que faz o atendimento pelo chat achava que ela era a dona do hotel, façam uma auditoria na conversa. A recepção parecia que tava sendo obrigado tá lá ninguém da bom dia,boa tarde ou boa noite, são extremamente ignorantes, precisam urgente de um treinamento. Os elevadores fedendo demais, o berço que foi disponibilizado tava fedendo a mofo e quebrado a estrutura do hotel tá acabado, choveu com isso ficou molhando a gente no restaurante.

Estive em 2021, e percebi que a oferta de variedade no restaurante Potigua caiu, agora esse restaurante é só no jantar uma pena. Desta vez peguei o regime Serhs Inclusive, se vc não bebe bebida alcoólica creio que não compensa, o regime pensão completa é suficiente. Gosto do atendimento do pessoal. Parabéns!!!

Fomos atendido no check in por Fábio. Pessoal está totalmente imparcial. Deveria ser mais simpático. Afinal hotel informa que são 5 estrelas. Quatro estava morado ou sistema de ar condicionado. Quarto Na area de serviço do hotel. Visão para toda área de lixo. Trasnposrte de funcionários. Pela Madrugada e as 06:00. Café da manhã exaustão não funcionava então vc sai cheirando a comida. Resumindo pessima expericencia no valor cobrado. Olhe que só fui dormir. Não volto e não recomendo
