"So grateful to the staff for allowing an early check in!! Super accommodating! Beautiful hotel with pool/hottub atrium. Clean comfy room (we had a dog room and often they are the most run down, but this room was wonderful). Will most definitely stay here again!"

"We booked a one bedroom lake view suite. The view was great! The kitchen and bathrooms were decent but the carpet and furniture was very old. The room needs a renovation. Our king bed was very comfortable but the pull out couch for our teenagers was terrible! It felt like you were laying on cardboard and springs. They could not sleep. We complained and the manager when he came back from his days off upgraded us for our remaining nights to a newly renovated 2 bedroom beach front townhouse. It was amazing! As well we were compensated by removing our resort fee and parking. We were very happy with the customer service! "

"It was very clean with lots of modern and thoughtful extras including touch activated table lamps with usb chargers, smart tv, makeup removing wipes, bottled water, french coffee press, towels for the beach across the street with a drop of basket for the used towels located next to a foot washing station"

"We loved our stay at the Eldorado. Such a cute heritage hotel on the lake. Our room had a partial lake view and was very clean. The staff were amazing! Very helpful very responsive. The lakeside dining area and boardwalk happy hour were also great. Definitely will be coming back!"

"We have been to Penticton many times but when the kids were younger. Staying on the other side of the lake where all the wineries was such a pleasant experience. The Bed and Breakfast has a beautiful view of the lake and the vineyards. Kristen was a wonderful host and the breakfasts were delicious with many German additions. The jams and the bakery items are made in the kitchen. We highly recommend OK Whistle Stop. "
