"Very friendly staff, very large rooms, and super clean. Enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast and parking lot has plenty of space. Didn’t have enough time to use the water slide and hot tub but they looked nice. Kelowna is beautiful!"

"We liked the extra security features for the building. The room was amazing and the view great. We liked the choice of 2 vegetarian options for dinner but It would have been great if there was at least one vegan/plant based option for dinner such as a veggie based bowl with tofu. Delicious meal nontheless. The bathroom was incredible with huge shower with choice of heads."

"Despite being an older property that I stayed at about 30 years ago, they have maintained this property, kept it clean and was a much more pleasant day than some of the other properties close by that we have stayed at over the years"

"The room was clean, staff nice. The property should consider more baggage carts for such a big building. The exterior was full of spider webs and the building needs a good exterior cleaning of windows etc. We will definitely stay again. Beautiful location!"
