"Room was excellent, with tons of space. Views of the lake and lagoon. The cleaning staff had left the dishwasher full (clean) so a lot of the dishes we needed were eventually found in there. We had issues with one of the bathroom sinks being clogged which I called the front desk a few times to ask about along with other questions but could not reach anyone. At checkout, the staff said they were aware of the sink but that it just “drains slowly”… it was not draining at all. If aware, why not fix it? Overall a great stay & experience, just a few things that could have been dealt with. "
