Welcome to your stunningly brand newly renovated home-away-from home! This modern contemporary features an open airy design completed in all high end finishes and upgrades including a fully new kitchen boasting Italian Marble countertops, custom white cabinets and stainless steel appliances for gourmet meal inspiration! The dining area seats 6-8 comfortably. Indulge in your own private oasis in the fully fenced backyard featuring a sparkling heated pool and spa, with outdoor grill! Perfect Home! This neighborhood is off of Pineridge that has direct beach access, also very close to Waterside Shops and downtown Naples. This private property provides parking via the garage & driveway. We also provide two bikes with helmets and bike lock (in the garage) for our guests to use. We recommend car travel for reaching downtown Naples, the beach, or the Naples Zoo.
