"Everything was great "

"Most uncomfortable stay at a place in quite a while. Bed was placed 1 foot beside window cooling unit so it blew cold air on you if unit was running. In order to sleep we had to turn unit off from a so called smart thermostat. Room temperature never stable and in order to regain comfort you had to turn unit back on for a short period at thermostat and then turn it back off. Effectively we worked thermostat manually in order to stay comfortable in room. Also when you wanted to turn cooling unit on when you left the room so room would be comfortable upon return the so called smart thermostat would trigger cooling unit to turn off when we left so room was not cooled to set temp on our return. Terrible set up. "

"I stayed at this place for three nights, and unfortunately, none of the staff spoke English, which made communication very difficult. They also didn’t provide many basic amenities, which was disappointing. Additionally, the location wasn’t convenient or close to most of the places I needed to go."

"Not so clean. Bed with sand. Had a kitchen but it didnt have dish soap, kitchen utensils or anything for the use of the kitchen. "

"I have stayed at this location several times now. Although it seems that they have done some remodeling, the rooms still have some issues. First of all, the shower wall is not ideal for neither children or adults, especially those those that are older. It is hard to get in and out of the shower or tub. The floor was filthy dirty as all of our feet were black from walking on it. The freezer was frozen solid, the tv channels were minimal and did not come in clearly at all. The pillows are really flat and the mattresses are hard to sleep on. The bathroom fan did not work and the shower water was not really hot. I am not sure if we will ever stay there again if we ever visit the area again. "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this gorgeous home and pool in Naples, Florida! My husband and I stayed here with another couple, and we were all impressed by how well the layout worked for two couples. We had plenty of privacy in our separate bedrooms and bathrooms, yet we loved gathering in the incredibly spacious kitchen, living room, and dining area—perfect for cooking together, sharing meals, and relaxing with conversation and laughter.The home itself is stunning, with beautiful décor, high-end finishes, and a fabulous pool and patio area that became our favorite spot for morning coffee and afternoon swims. Everything was spotless from the moment we arrived—the cleanliness throughout the house and pool area was impeccable and made us feel right at home.Communication with the owner, Elizabeth, was fantastic and so easy. She responded quickly to all of our questions before and during our trip, which made everything seamless and stress-free.We can’t wait to come back—this place is a true gem in Naples, and we’ll definitely be booking it again for our next Florida getaway. Highly recommend! Five stars all the way!"
