"Room was excellent and very clean. Beds were comfortable. But the air conditioning was extremely loud and didn’t cool the room despite thermostat being set to 67 (that’s already pretty cold). The bathroom sink had very less pressure. Coffee wasn’t stocked and no one answered the front desk in the morning for coffee and cream. The coffee machine rarely worked so we had to purchase coffee at the cafe. On the check-in day, the staff at the coffee bar was pretty rude - we asked for Turmeric chai which was on the menu but she said that she didn’t know the recipe - that was surprising at a resort. When i asked what items they had for breakfast, she said “whatever it’s in the front, take a look yourself”. Why wouldn’t she tell me if they had a sandwich or croissant? At the restaurant, it took them forever to run our check and we were standing in the line for several minutes. No one came to collect our check at the Summer restaurant. So next morning we skipped breakfast and went to another restaurant in Downtown Napa. This Marriott used to be our favorite resort but with this experience we’re unsure if we want to return. The price of the room was pretty high considering the service we got."
