It was great being right by the ocean. The window of our room (room 8) actually had splashes of water from the incoming tide. The room was very basic as far as amenities, but clean and good condition. Staff was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the band at Nick's bar.

Every time we left the property we had to buzz the front seat to open the gate, very inconvenient. They were always out of water. Breakfast as not free, limited selection.
