Unhelpful staff (male) at checkout counter. We asked for help in calling a taxi to take us to the airport. The gentleman working at the counter told us the taxis would not come because it was raining. Grand Base Nagasaki City
Convenient location, very modern apartment with sensor-controlled lighting and a selectable hot water system. The check-in process was quite convoluted, including uploading passports / paying accommodation tax online / video chat.

GRAND BASE Saiwaimachi
AC works, enough space for 6 people, clean, fast response from support staff. Location is a bit far from the train station by foot, it's more convenient to take a taxi especially if you have luggages.
