We arrived well before check-in, so they stored our luggage, but even more, when we returned to check in, our luggage was waiting for us in our room. Decent sized room for Japan. Good work desk and wifi. Strong airconditioning. Modern bathroom. Lots of amenities like kettle, hair dryer, phone charger, etc."
