"Amazing stay"

"Toyoko Hotels are usually great. They are clean, convenient, and affordable, and they tend to have lots of useful amenities or people who might have forgotten to bring something like a toothbrush or razor. This particular hotel has a really convenient location that's a short walk from several train stations and from a couple of very charming and pleasant shopping arcades. "Very beautiful lake scenery from a room. Very close to the lake side being able to see amazing sunrise view, which is one of my favourites. Room and facilities are excellent and staff is really professional and kind. A bit far away from sightseeing places, though."

"Excellent choice of hotels! The rooms were immaculate, and clean towels were delivered to the room daily. Bonus is the laundry room: 500 yen (use 5 x 100 yen coins) to wash and 100 yen to dry. On the bottom floor is a Starbucks, also with a friendly, helpful staff. This hotel is a great find!"
