Are you looking for a vacation rental with golf course and pond views? The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this third floor, 2-bedroom apartment located in the Magnolia Place community in Myrtle Beach, SC. This condo is fully furnished with 1 king size bed, 2 twin sized beds, a sleeper sofa, and will comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests!

Many other units in the community are smaller, but this layout features a spacious, open floor plan that doesn't feel cramped. The main living space features beautiful, vaulted ceilings which makes the condo feel even more spacious! This 2-bedroom apartment is tucked in the Myrtlewood golf course community, along the intracoastal waterway, and is about a 5-minute drive to the beach! It's a perfect location for golfers, a couple or family who would prefer quiet setting for their vacation.

Upon entering, guests will find one of the two bedrooms on the left side of the apartment. This bedroom is considered the guest bedroom and features two twin sized beds, a nightstand between the beds, beautiful, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, a closet and large dresser for storage, a window for natural light, flat screen TV, and access to the bathroom. The full-size bathroom features a standing shower, toilet, and vanity with mirror.

The kitchen is to the right as you enter the condo. This area is very spacious and is one of the features that sets this unit apart from many other resorts and rentals. Very few apartments offer an oversized kitchen such as this! The kitchen features plentiful counter space, double-compartment sink, full size stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and mounted microwave, as well as small appliances like a coffee maker and toaster. We provide all basic cookware, utensils, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to cook a full meal for the family. In the closet in the kitchen is a stackable washer and dryer. Guests will love the convenience of being able to do their laundry in the comfort of the condo!

Moving past the kitchen is the dining area and main living area. The dining area features a table with enough seating to comfortably fit 6! The living room is the most comfortable area of the apartment. This space features a couch that converts to a bed, love seat, two side tables, a coffee table, a large wall mounted TV, beautiful, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, and access to the large private enclosed balcony showcasing lovely golf course and pond views! This outdoor space has a dining table with enough seats to accommodate 6 guests.

Across from the living area guest will find the second bedroom. This bedroom is considered the master and features a king size bed, two nightstands, beautiful, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, a closet and dresser for storage, a large window for natural light, flat screen TV, and access to the bathroom. The full-size bathroom features a standard shower/tub, toilet, and vanity with large mirror.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.

Magnolia Place is a centrally located complex in Myrtle Beach, SC around 48th Avenue. This community is only 3-4 miles from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. There are various restaurants that just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of shopping options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking.

Great place to stay for price and location

Booked this place for a week to spend Spring Break in Myrtle Beach while also working at Ripken. With an incredibly affordable price, my friends and I chose this condo to stay in, especially since they rented to under 25. Being on the left side of Myrtlewood Villas, it was quiet and had a gorgeous balcony overlooking the golf course which was nice for quiet mornings and afternoons watching the golfers. It was plenty of room for the three of us but that being said, it was a little on the dirty side and the appliances need to be upgraded desperately. Overall had no issues aside from that fact that one of the fans was broken and was not fixed during our stay. We were alerted not to use it as they were getting the parts but it was still unfixed when we left. Great communication with the rental company. Well worth it for the price and amenities.
