We chose this hotel for its beautiful location, privacy & space. The restaurant looked refurbished & had a really good menu choice. The ease of grabbing a coffee from the adjoining coffee shop was a bonus. Staff were ever so helpful & housekeepers so thorough. Loved the welcome from the security guards at the gate on entry & exit. Unfortunately the bed was a huge let down. Very uncomfortable & in desperate need of replacement, two long singles pushed together with no mattress topper made for an aching body the next morning.

The staff are exceptional. Very friendly and effecient. The room was disgusting! There was mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. I could feel every spring in the mattress. The fridge disnt work. And the odor in the lobby area to the rooms was beyond words!!! I would take as littlw shallow breaths until i got to the reception. Steamships should be ashamed of how they expect their staff to work in that place. Its unhygienic for guests and staff. Besides the ataff, there was nothing good about staying there. I would not recommand this hotel to anyone.

The staff was eager to please and sincerely tied to do their best. However, three issues really frustrated me. First, I called the hotel the day before check-in to make sure the shuttle would be ready for me when I exited the airport. When I exited the the airport, there was no shuttle for 30+ minutes. My lunch appointment cancelled on me. Second, the USB outlets in my rokm didn’t work. I was told by 3 employees it would be fixed, but it never was. Three, I killed at least TEN roaches in my room. Eight were babies, and two were grown. Unacceptable. I didn’t complain because I was already settled for the night, and I couldn’t imagine packing my things to move to another room. Would I stay here again? Probably. I liked its proximity to the beach.
