"Outstanding service from spa reception bar and restaurant staff.
We had an issue with the affiliated travel operator for snorkelling and scuba diving experience (misleading and terrible overall) and the front staff and assistant manager took time to listen to our feedback, understand the issue and help us provide a solution.

"We really enjoyed our stay at La Siesta, staff were very attentive and friendly, especially Yem in the Temple bar. everything was really clean and the gardens are beautifully kept. La Siesta is a lovely peaceful place to stay and was only a short 10 minute walk into the old town"
"We had an excellent stay at The Pearl Hoi An! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. To our surprise, we were even upgraded to a spacious beach view apartment, which made our stay even more memorable. The room was modern, clean, and beautifully designed, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit.
The facilities are top-notch, and the atmosphere is both peaceful and luxurious. We especially loved the attention to detail and the warm hospitality that made the whole experience feel so special.

"Magnificent. The cat food bowls and the Regency cats near our room very especially cute. The restaurant choices were just to our liking. The beach was superb too, but unfortunately the waves were too small for body surfing. Front desk service was excellent."
