"Had an amazing overall experience at ramada. The location is beautiful walking distance from mall road, quite and picturesque ready. Staff was great, food was amazing as well. Would highly recommend this place especially the valley balcony room."

"It's a cozy stay.. Will visit again ❤️"

"This hotel is in Mall Road and it felt like an inconvenience when we reached there since entering the mall road with a hired taxi is not allowed, but later on we found that it's a privilege to be in the mall road. The most fun of mussoorie is in the mall road actually and it's just outside the hotel. They also arranged for porters who would pick up our luggages. "This is a lovely property with nice scenic settings. Rooms are quite clean and well kept. The staff are kind and courteous and near to all attractions. I will highly recommend this"

"Nice rooms and hotel, good location and food options were pretty good. Me and my family loved our stay here."

"It is a decent stay option but far away from mall road. I stayed in Luxury suite but it was nit luxurious as per 3* star hotel standards. Tea/ Cofee/ Complimentary water bottle/ hand towel were missing in the room. Intercom was not working. Staff was cooperative and served good food"

"The property was at amazing location with very cooperative staff"

"We had an amazing stay"

"Staff was very courteous and hotel is well placed near mall road"

"Just smell in toilet otherwise everything is excellent including view of Valley 👍"

" Beautiful view excellent food and service 😊"

" Beautiful location as well as a nice clean room and friendly staff. "

"Clean room, excellent staff and amazing breakfast options"

"Provided us the worst room, which was completely different from what shown on the site. The room was stinking and felt like it had not been used for weeks. After multiple arguments, they shifted us to the other room, which was somewhat better but not the same as shown on the site. The restaurant area was occupied by some men who were shouting and drinking and looked shady."

"The hotel was a wonderful surprise, great views and sitting areas. They rooms are great but they need to check them once prior to checking the guests in. Some corners were a bit dusty, nothing a little attention would not take care of. What would be great would be if they had a free shuttle from the hotel to the town area, the taxis charge too much when called up to the hotel for round trips."

"Great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a pleasant experience and highly recommended."
