"Great private room for the price, great staff, amazing group of people you meet on the regular activities & tours, just loses a star as they don't understand volume control or any music genres outside reggaeton. The bar is great and one of the best places in town for a party, but it is full volume from morning to 3am, if you have a room on the fifth and probably also 4th floor no chance of even getting a siesta. I can sleep through anything and the night didn't even bother me as much as the fact you couldn't even go back in the day unless you wanted to be at club level volumes in your room. Just mix up the playlist and have some 15 minute chill periods!"
