The hotel is located in a pleasant area and is very conveniently within walking distance of several restaurants, bars, and shops. The staff were courteous and helpful. Since it is an older building, there are a few minor inconveniences in the bathroom—for example, the lighting could be better. I also wish there had been a coffee machine in the room for an easy morning cup of coffee, and an iron was not available. Overall, it was a good experience.

The room was clean and the staff where wonderful. My only issue during my stay: the bed was very hard and hurt my back every night. The sheets on the bed were only changed every three days so for a week stay two times. The room glasses that where provided where never replaced with new ones. I would still come back for the location is great.

Great little boutique hotel in a great part of town. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the pillows are devine. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Panama City.

Exceptional service stands out at the hotel. Front desk, bell hops, and bar staff Ivan and Johnathan were amazing. We used the small gym it had some weights and treadmills, pool area is charming. Unido coffee shop is adjacent serving geisha coffee. The only issue was the church bells right by the hotel, but nothing hotel can do they are living with history of the church. The square was lit up for the holidays with music super charming and insta worthy pics.
