"Beautiful hotel just off the main tourist bit which made it very convenient and less noisy. Rooms were modern with good facilities. Slightly on the small side for a long stay. We had an excellent meal at the rooftop restaurant - though breakfast service wasn't as good. A fairly limited wine list which was a bit surprising. I was also surprised at the level of English spoken - though everyone tried hard even if they couldn't speak English well. Slightly annoying fan in bathroom that comes on upon entering - not great for those that have night time visits."

"Parking was easy and secure. AC cooled the room. The property outiside is beautiful. However, the rooms need a definite refurbishment. "

"When we arrived front desk lady checked us in and told us the room was not ready. We asked if we could leave our luggage our tour was about to leave. She said yes but was not happy about it. Later that afternoon we return and went into our room. Room was clean. We had reserved a room with the balcony but they said it was no longer available when we returned. We also never received the bottle of wine that was advertised in the listing. When asked about it they said we will bring it to you and they never did. Asked 3 times and never forgot it. So don’t believe that. That shouldn’t be in the listing if they cannot complete what they are advertising. AC in the room was on but was only giving off hot air. "

"Roof top deck with a 360 view of the city was wonderful to return to after a full day of sightseeing ! Staff was most helpful in booking tours, airport shuttles and best suggestions in the area. Loved the modern mexican aesthetic of the hotel !"

"Unique and beautiful hotel in great location. The staff are friendly, professional, and careful. The hotel has beautiful spaces on different levels where one can relax. The included breakfast in my rate included coffee, fresh fruit with yogurt, delicious fresh bread, and my choice of many plates; egg dishes, pancakes, Mexican dishes. All this in a very beautiful space."

"Central location. Walk around at leisure in the zeno centro area. Many cafes/restaurants around. Breakfast is at another hotel within walking distance. Our room 27 has 1 double bed upstairs and 1 double bed downstairs. The one downstairs can close the bathroom door to outside traffic or noise from outside, but not the upstairs. "

"The location is the best. All famous attractions are walking distance. The spa was so good, thank you to Irma and Yvonne I believe for a great massage and taking us so late notice. I initially had taken the Deluxe king but I feel that was not my type of room and thanks to the staff for letting us upgrade to a better room. Overall liked it so much. And if you desire to give a serenade you can with a balcony room. Thanks to the girl that helped me get the mariachis that same night. Thanks to the maintenance guy, and to all staff at the desk, even the housekeepers, You guys made my stay more enjoyable. "

"The rooms are a good size. Bathroom is spacious. Both were very clean. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. There's so much to do and see just steps away. We were there during spring break and it was quiet. We slept great. "
