Extremely run down. Had to ask for different room as the first one back door didn’t lock although they knew this they still give it to us. The 2nd room Ceiling paint was coming off and got on all our clothes on us if we were still In a particular spot. I don’t understand why Expedia has this hotel available on website. Very disappointing

El personal de recepción un patan,que no proporciono ninguna información de habitación y cuando le pregunté su posicion dijo que era el bell boy y por supuesto no me dió su nombre La primera habitación un asco la base del colchón rota, el control de la TV no funcionó y la cama estaba mojada con orines ,si leyeron bien orines !! Al bell boy le pedí que elaborará un reporte y pedí cambio de habitación Después de chequear 3:me dieron otra igual o peor , no había agua caliente y en el baño mate dos cucarachas, por lo anterior le pedí al bell boy que dijo llamarse Daniel Quintero que cancelara la reservación y que regresarán mi dinero Dijo que el no podia y que el la mañana entregaría el reporte a la encargada del área de reservaciones ya que según el, era la única que podía cancelar y regresarme mi dinero, pero si oficina siempre estuvo cerrada y nuncacaparecio Finalmente cuando deje el hotel una señorita Tonia Hernández me comentó que iba a comentarle al gerente un tal Arturo Ramírez ( que nunca apareció) el reporte que elaboro el bell boy más lo que le expresé .comprometiendose a qué me contactaría y hasta ahora sigo esperando que se comunique Lo que es preocupante es que Expedia promociones lugares cómo el castillo sin chequear Saludos

Really bad experience, had to change rooms twice. First one was dirty and smelly. Second one got flooded. Rooms need some work done. Property is nice from outside only. I was expecting a really nice experience but turned the opposite. Requested my money back after my room got flooded and customer service was really bad, they didn’t help and they ignored me. Not recommended
