We really enjoyed the hotel and proximity to the downtown area. Breakfast was great and very reasonably priced. Definitely, will recommend. Look forward to staying here on our next trip. Staff was 10/10.

This is an amazing place\! The pool is absolutely to die for\. The employees are incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help\. The area is very convenient, and although it can be a bit noisy at times, it’s definitely worth it\. I give this place a **10/10** and would gladly stay here again ❤️❤️

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Beautiful hotel with ideal location, walking distance from Church and Teatro Juarez. Many shops and restaurants nearby. This hotel has a unique subterranean pool area. Ask for Ana and Karen if you visit the spa, they were amazing.

The rooms are a good size. Bathroom is spacious. Both were very clean. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. There's so much to do and see just steps away. We were there during spring break and it was quiet. We slept great.

The staff were nice. Our room was a superior suite and it was disappointing. They recently repainted and there were paint drips on the floor in the room and bathroom. The baseboards hadn't been protected and we covered in paint. The door to the balcony scraped the floor. The bedspread was too small for the bed, so you had to look at the cheap polyester blanket on the sides. There was one piece of art in the whole room. Then the light fixtures above the headboard were installed incorrectly. Whoever did it did not account for the space the headboard extended out from the wall. Honest mistake, but instead of moving the lamps and patching holes in the ceiling, they bent the lamps out at an angle that was just laughable if it weren't for all the other shortcuts. Management needs to step up its game.

The hotel is centrally located to shops , restaurants, and other activities. The rooms were clean . The staff was attentive and polite. At night; the streets can get loud, but it does get quiet again once majority of city activities are over. The breakfast offered was delicious.
