"I had a Do Not Disturb sign on the door and they ended up coming in. Made the bed, took the towels and did not even restock anything. We went to complain to receptionists and they came back later after checking the cameras and didn't notice anyone go in (Then how was the bed made and the towels gone?) "

You have to show your ID every time you enter the complex AND then again when you go through ANOTHER security gate. The guards take their job seriously and we felt safer than home in California"
