"The room was beautiful and very comfortable. Seriously the best shower I have had at a hotel that I can remember. The staff went well over and beyond to make us comfortable including extra pillows and blankets brought to our room. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Hotel is under demolition and we weren’t made aware. Showed up at 11 PM to check in, all of the drywall was gone in the hallways. We get to our room, the baseboards are completely gone and the bathroom lock is snapped off."

"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We found a cockroach in the bathroom around 1:30 AM on our second night, which made us uncomfortable using the shower afterward. We reported the issue to the hotel the following morning and provided photo evidence with timestamps, but the property refused to offer any refund or compensation. I understand that issues can happen at any hotel, but the way management handles them matters. The lack of accountability and customer service was the most frustrating part of the experience."

"We always have a great time there but just noticed how small the TV was, since it was the first time after many stays to actually use it. I suggest upgrading to a larger TV and adding a small microwave to the rooms. There is a fridge but no microwave to warm the food. The location and atmosphere of the property is unbeatable. Overall, it is our choice after trying multiple other hotels in Temecula wine country."
