It’s specially great for familles, with many swimming pools options plus the beach and the soccer/football field and the playground plus many more kids activities. My boys loved it so much that they didn’t want to go anywhere with us around the island! Clear rooms and amenities, nice and helpful staff.

Rooms: Okay..needs refurbishing Staff: Helpful except the towel lady (handing out towels). Sarcastic and rude. Beach view: Okay, needs a bit of work. Perhaps aesthetic works (landscaping) leading to the beach. Food: hmmm. A lot of improvements needed specially the Tavern. Steak was chewy as gum and needs seasoning.

The location is great and next to the beach. The breakfast is very nice, however the juices that offered aren’t the best. Lastly the hotel is a bit outdated and renovations would be highly recommended. Having said that it’s a nice hotel.

We had a great time at this hotel! It’s really family oriented and they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Lots of activity for kids, lots of options for food in the hotel and also around the property. There is also a grocery shopping right outside the hotel, very convenient. Overall we had a great experience.

Highly recommend. So cheap for what they offer. Just 30meters from the beach and ocean..it can be a bit windy in this location but worth the proximity. We didn’t do the all inclusive so didn’t try the restaurants but there were food options very close. This is high traffic of kids, but it’s not loud at night as it all shuts down at good time. Would definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for a cheep place for a family or small group then this would be a great place. I booked the hotel as it gave the impression that there was secure parking on site yet when we arrived we discovered that it was just on street parking. The room was a good size but had a stake damp smell. Luckily it was cool enough to have the windows open over night.

Great location. Room was really nice but the Air Con wasn’t very effective. Only a very short walk to the beach. Staff all very helpful and friendly. We were room only but bought food from the hotel facilities - mainly the Crispy Corner. Food was only OK. Shop was very convenient and overall the hotel had everything you could need for a good holiday. We enjoyed it and would most likely stay there again.

Our room was located in a separate building outside the main facilities and reception area, which I didn’t particularly like. The room itself felt poorly renovated, with the bathroom not renovated at all, and overall the refurbishment seemed partial and not well executed. The communal areas also appeared quite tired and were not renovated, although they were generally clean. The kids’ pool was nice, but it could get very busy at times. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but the food in the hotel’s bars and restaurants could be much better, especially considering the pricing. My experience was generally positive, but compared to similar facilities I’ve stayed at in Spain, this would rank towards the lower end of the list.

Unfortunately, this hotel was a serious disappointment for us. The reception staff were uninterested and not helpful, and very little useful information was provided about the hotel, its services, or facilities. The rooms were also well below expectations. The biggest problem was the air conditioning. It appeared to be running, but the room simply would not cool down. In this kind of heat, that is unacceptable. We reported the problem and it was checked, but there was no real improvement. For such a large hotel, the pool is far too small and extremely overcrowded, making it very difficult to relax or enjoy.

The hotel is ideal for families, it was packed during the holidays and we still always managed to find a sunbed. Parking was tricky, but this was during the summer holidays, it might be easier other times in the year. Food and all inclusive is priced great and it's not bad but it's not great.

Pros: locatoon next to beautiful beach, pretty good buffet food, very friendly staff, great kids entertainment Cons: pool could do with a decent clean as we got ill from it on our first day, not really any entertainment for adults, would prefer a location that is closer to more shops/town centre as this is a bus ride from somewhere like that
