Good hotel in a great location. Minutes from a lovely sandy beach. Turquoise sea. The apartment was very good. Everything you need. We had a corner location with a wrap around balcony giving both a sea and a lake view. Evening buffet was varied and tasty. Staff were very helpful. We can't wait to go back.

The proximity of the hotel to the hotel is great. My 6 year old loved the pool and the activities held everyday. We didn't try the food or the mini clubs. The pool by itself was sufficient to keep my kid busy. Easy for us to park around. Staff is very friendly. Strongly recommend!

The place is ok for a base but I wouldn’t say it is worth the price you pay considering how dated the property is. Having said that, staff is helpful and kind, you have beach access right at your doorstep and it has a convenient location. Had we not wanted beach access, we’d have probably chosen a different place with more modern/up to date facilities.

Immaculate clean rooms in a pleasant, fairly large hotel just meters from one of the best white sand beaches in Europe. Staff were all great. Good supermarket only 5mins walk away. Negatives: It's very much a child-friendly hotel -- as we knew and nothing wrong with that -- but even so it felt unnecessarily sterile in the evenings, with the kids singalong more or less the main event at 20:30, and aimed at very young children. Most guests over the age of ten looked pretty bored to me so I don't think the balance is quite there for the whole family (frankly if they just played some 70s-90s pop and let the guests hang out it would be better). Poor water quality both in terms of pressure and heat, and chemical taste. Very poor little rusty gym. Overall we loved the room and location but nothing about the hotel gave us reason to become repeat visitors - unless we were to come back with toddlers in the future!

The area is great and safe. The beach is beautiful and clean. The staff was good, the breakfast was good. However, the name and address on my paperwork was completely wrong. The furniture has seen better days. The sofa looks dingy.

We had a nice stay overall, especially as a family with children. The heated pool and indoor spa facilities were excellent, and our kids really enjoyed spending time there. The location is also a big advantage, with very easy access to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We were also impressed by the children’s activity programme. The staff member in charge was very enthusiastic and engaged well with the kids, which made a great impression on us. However, there were a few disappointing aspects. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain, and the towels also had an odour, which affected our experience. Overall, it is a good hotel for families, but some improvements in cleanliness would make the stay much better.

Had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The stand out part of this hotel were the staff. Very friendly and welcoming to us on our first ever stay. Room was very comfortable and food excellent. We’ll be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious enough, the pools are nice and the beach is within walking distance. Staff is super friendly! We also like the breakfast and dinner buffet, enough choice and different options everyday.

Quite a good base and very good accomodation with all the ameneties. Lots of restaurants with in 10-15 min walking, bike shop in front of hotel, lovely beach in 1-2 min walk behind the hotel and overall the self catering accomodation with very good room sizes.

A place to go back to...

This was an amazing beach front hotel. It was very well run and offered full and half board, massages, spa treatments, outdoor pools, including a heated one, and lots of other things. It was right across the street from a bicycle rental shop, which I used. I would love to stay there again.

Overall good experience with nice room, great view, excellent spa and good food. Not so good: Lack of kids’ entertainment (a kids disco was advertised every day and happened only once), lots of ants in the room (had to buy ant baits from the supermarket)

Pool, sauna and spa facilities great.

Very friendly staff throughout, pool, sauna and spa facilities great my better half said. Just round the corner to the beach but the two pools and plenty of loungers were also an option. Parking was plentiful but it's not on-site, it's street parking. My only gripe was apartment doors didn't have slow/soft closers so everyone seemed to slam their doors shut and children running, screaming & crying up and down the corridor often (not the hotel's fault this bit mind but some signs or comments to people on check in to be considerate).

High recommended for you D families.

Excellent hotel for young family. Kid friendly activities like face painting, mini disco twice every day. Breakfast buffé and dinner spread was very vast and tasted amazing!! Indoor spa with jacuzzi, sauna etc were fantastic. Even when the weather was rainy outside, we had a wonderful day within the hotel. Sea is just around the corner of the building. Heated outdoor pool is big and nice! Very friendly and helpful personnel, most of them speak good English!

Lovely hotel , bit of pain getting beds by pool in morning having to que . staff and entertainment team were all very friendly and helpful ,the shows at the hotel were good entertainment team worked hard on those. Good location, bad beds.

The hotel has a spot on location. Near shops and subway. The staff was really friendly and the room was nice. We upgraded the room to a signature room because I need a good bed. The bed in the room was the worse bed I ever had in my life. I have travel a lot, but this was really bad. We woke up every morning with pain in the back. The bad didn’t have a top matress. The staff told the housekeeper to put on a matress. They gave us a duvet. The next day I complain, and they give me one moore duvet to sleep on. That didn’t help.. I travel a lot, and would like to stay at the hotel again, if they change beds.

Worst hotel we have stayed at in years

Hotel was not what it seemed in the photos. Pool only open for a couple hours a day, pool opens extremely late and closes extremely early. No ability to get coffee in the morning. They never serviced room or replenished towels. No Tissues in the room. Uncomfortable beds. Limited hours for breakfast/lunch. Way too many children. Awful, loud children music and activities in the evening. Never replenished water in the room. Not close to many restaurants.

Lovely location very nice people but it wasn’t for us. The positives - the location is amazing. Close to a stunning beach. The staff are lovely. The kids entertainers are especially good and had lots of lovely activities such as facepainting and bracelet making. The breakfast was really good. We are vegetarian but it was a good selection. The bad: The entertainment was insanely loud and went on until 1030 ever evening. They very kindly changed our room to one that was further away but it was still loud. Sitting on the balcony we had to shout to hear each other and it really ruined it for us. If you want somewhere with lots of entertainment and enjoy a lively atmosphere you will love it but it wasn't for us.
