The downside is the poor Internet connection, twin bedds (we preffer double ones) and the lack of a stove in the room for the self catering. Also there is air conditioning but no heating.     My husband and I booked this hotel for a relaxing holiday break in mid Jun after seeing other reviews and we wanted a 4 star hotel. We stayed in standard room which was ok. The room was basic and in my opinion a little disappointing for a 4 star. But the bathroom was nice with everything you would expect. The only noise was from evening hotel activities and entertainment, which didn't bother us at all, but may affect those wanting to sleep early. Hotel amenities - pools, bar, spa, entertainment were very good. Pleasant atmosphere with mostly French and German visitors and few British visitors during our stay. Breakfast was nice with variety of choices and friendly staff in the restaurant. …

    We had excellent accommodation although we were above the main restaurant and opposite the nightly entertainment so it was a bit noisy. The room was clean and well equipped although we did have a kitchen with plenty of crockery but no cutlery. Food was good, although buffet style is not my cup of tea, there was a really good range of styles of foods with plenty of salads and local dishes. It was well cooked and presented and no horrendous queues associated with many all inclusive places. The pools were on the cold side. The children would have played a lot longer if they had been a bit warmer, consequently we spent most of our time at the beach as it was warmer. A bit disappointing was the daily €14 for 2 beds and an umbrella on the beach. This adds to the cost somewhat. …
