Great stay, good value for money, fun and friendly staff, breakfast and dinner buffet options offered something for everyone. Pool and gym areas were nice and clean. Would defintely recommend and would come back again to stay.

The hotel is in the center of Can Picafort which is close to the supermarkets and the beach. The staff is very helpful and the room is clean! Would definitely recommend!

Great high standard one expects at BQ hotels. Very warm reception staff. Great food. Beach and restaurants close by. Good internet. Fridge in room. Aldi nearby. Nice pathways along beachfront where pedestrians, runners, cyclists tourists and locals all rub along nicely. Beachfront market on Fridays. A lovely safe family orientated holiday spot. Good mix of Brits, Germans, French and Scandi. Highly recommend,mend. Also Tif buses are brill to hop from place to place, Arta, Pollensa or Alcudia close by. But there is enough in CP to keep one amused.

Awful hotel! This is not a 4 star hotel: total lack of hygiene in the restaurant, really poor food quality and variety, unhelpful and quite rude staff (specially Toni who runs the restaurant, he’s very rude, aggressive and extremely unhelpful), very small rooms and balconies, very noisy (traffic) and one of the pools is in a separate building. We checked out 4 days earlier, we would have checked out after the first day but all hotels in the area were fully booked the first week of August. The only good things to highlight about this hotel are: Xisca working in the reception, (she’s professional, helpful and nice) and the proximity to the beach. Sehr schönes Zimmer, hell und geräumig, absolut zum Wohlfühlen, Badezimmer ebenfalls top, Rezeption durchgängig erreichbar und hilfreich bei allen Fragen, super Lage, alles in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß erreichbar Einziges Manko: WLAN im Zimmer (3. Wir sind als Pärchen (Mitte 30) für 8 Nächte und Halbpension in dieser Unterkunft untergekommen. Pro - Gute Lage (Aldi, Strand, Bushaltestelle, Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar) - Schöner Ausblick von unserem Zimmer - 2 gepflegte Poolanlagen - moderne Zimmer - Sehr nette Animateurin (danke Nicole) - Auf dem Zimmer hat man lautstärketechnisch vom Liveprogramm nichts mitbekommen Kontra: - Als Vegetarier/Veganer kann man Frühstück sowie Abendessen nicht empfehlen: wenig bis keine Kennzeichnung der Speisen, kaum Auswahl und qualitativ nicht wirklich gut, Livecook Gerichte nur mit Fleisch oder Fisch - Essbereich besonders zu den Stoßzeiten sehr voll obwohl ein ganzer Bereich hinten nicht belegt war - Einige Partygäste obwohl das Hotel eher ein Familienhotel ist (sehr hellhörige Zimmer) - Frühstücks"buffet" für frühabreisende quasi nicht existent. Ein paar lieblos geschmierte ungeglättete Toasts (alle mit Schinken), Kekse, Joghurt. Kein Brot, kein Aufschnitt und kein Obst. Alles in allem würden wir nicht mehr wiederkommen.

Buenas instalaciones, muy limpio, un bufet completo, el único pero que pondría es que no había cola cao o similar y café descafeinado, si que había chocolate líquido, pero no es igual que el Colacao. Por otro lado no me gustó los horarios de las comidas, están echas para los extranjeros, sobre todo la cena de 18:00 a 21:00.. Y por último no me gustó que no tuviera parking, es una zona muy concurrida y cuesta encontrar aparcamiento en determinadas horas. Por lo demás, hemos estado muy bien, aunque es un hotel muy grande, era silencio y tranquilo, muy buena opción para familias.

Super Hotel in toller Lage

Super schönes, modernes Hotel. Es liegt in einer Seitenstraße, das macht es trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig . Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Late Check-Out war aufgrund der Hochsaison nicht möglich , jedoch gab es das Angebot von „Gästeduschen“ , was wirklich sehr angenehm ist , weil man so den ganzen Tag nochmal am Strand ausnutzen kann . Würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen .

Das Hotel ist in der Nähe des Strandes und der Einkaufsstraße. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichhaltig. Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas klein, aber renoviert und sauber. Leider wurden die Betten gelegentlich etwas nachlässig gemacht. Das Hotel liegt inmitten eines Wohngebietes und hat keine eigenen Parkplätze. Wer also mit dem Auto anreist, muss damit rechnen, in Hotelnähe keinen Parkplatz zu bekommen und weitere Fußwege vom und zum PKW in Kauf zu nehmen. Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich zu empfehlen.

Alles top, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Frühstück war super, es fehlte an nichts. Abendessen hatten wir nicht gebucht, haben es uns aber angeschaut, auch da fehlt es an nichts. Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, selten sio liebes Mitarbeiter im Hotel gesehen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder in dieses Hotel. Vielen Dank für alles und bis bald.

Hotel was great, staff really friendly and rooms clean and efficient. Balcony was great for some outdoor space. Only downside was the breakfast offering was very repetitive and the English TV channels on the TV didn’t work! Otherwise, a great hotel.
