The rooms were superclean and tidy however they were a bit too small so its was difficult to pack out from the big luggage. But apart from that everything was good in the room. Would have been nice to have a kettle and some coffee in the room also but overall was good. All the staff was very helpful and kind. There was great variety options at the breakfast even at dinner. It was excellent. We had slight ocean view from the balcony. I can only recommend this hotel. There was a lots of amenities nearby. The beach is basically 2 minutes walk away.

Room cleaned daily and fresh towels if you need them , all other areas of the hotel are very clean Excellent buffet Helpful friendly staff Comfortable room. Handy to have a fridge. TV in room. Only Spanish channels. Close to all shops, bars , restaurants and beach Pool accessible. Had a lift for people with disabilities, both pool had children’s pool Plenty of sun loungers with parasols for shade. Shame the pool closed at 18:00. Other pool with snack bar very good. Lots of choice of drinks and snacks, meals. Night time entertainment seemed ok. I didn’t see much ad I went out most evenings. A mix of German & British guests. Nice bar area with tv. Would recommend and return.

Enjoyable stay with a few quibbles. The pool was always very clean, and the lifeguard was helpful when we lost some googles at the bottom of the pool. We only used the pool in the hotel itself. It was quieter than the one across the road by the lounge for some reason. I was a bit disappointed with the opening hours of the pools - you couldn't have a swim before breakfast, for example. The rooms are small - I think we've had a bigger room in an airport hotel. There wasn't room for a bedside table on one side. They do have a nice feel though - floor to ceiling and full width windows, and the balcony was excellent - spacious with a pleasing view of the pool and general surrounds. The air conditioning was excellent. The breakfast was good - plenty of variety, enough cooked things to assemble a full English, some really good bread, as well as all the things you'd expect of a continental breakfast. A bit less water in the orange juice would have been good. I had a flat white from the coffee machine. Both decaf and normal were enjoyable. The basics - booking taxis and restaurants were excellent. Also check-in and out were both quick and efficient. The staff had less local knowledge than I hoped: they didn't know the local Parc Natural de s'Albufera was closed for repairs for example,

Comfortable beds, nicely furnished . Buffet breakfast good. Very clean . Charging for an iron ridiculous . Pool hours in high season are crazy. Sitting about waiting for it to open at 10 when sun has been up for a couple of hours . Not best hotel pools for sunbeds as sunlight is blocked . Nice friendly staff. Good quality drinks at bar. Awful hotel! This is not a 4 star hotel: total lack of hygiene in the restaurant, really poor food quality and variety, unhelpful and quite rude staff (specially Toni who runs the restaurant, he’s very rude, aggressive and extremely unhelpful), very small rooms and balconies, very noisy (traffic) and one of the pools is in a separate building. We checked out 4 days earlier, we would have checked out after the first day but all hotels in the area were fully booked the first week of August. The only good things to highlight about this hotel are: Xisca working in the reception, (she’s professional, helpful and nice) and the proximity to the beach.
