Very good for a family beach vacation.

We had a very good stay at this hotel, particularly as a family with children. There are nice kids’ pools and a sandy beach, making it ideal for little ones. One downside was the noise level—our room faced a nearby hotel that hosted loud evening entertainment. The soundproofing could definitely be improved. Breakfast offered a good variety of food, though the egg station often had a bit of a queue. Service in the restaurant was excellent, with staff constantly helping and cleaning non-stop. Room cleaning was also fast and done to a high standard. The hotel’s location is fantastic—very close to the sea. As is often the case, there was some competition for sunbeds near the pool (especially for larger families), but it wasn’t too much of a hassle. Overall, a great experience and a place we’d happily return to.

The rooms were so basic for the price we paid. No amenities what so ever… no hair dryer water bottle or even shampoos or conditioners. Cleaning lady was rude… the food at the restaurant was horrible snd the lady cook very rude, Front desk was freindly. Sylvia was very nice

Drømme Strand

Fantastisk placering lige på dejlig strand. Fint pool område. Gode parkeringsmuligheder. Både aftensmad og morgenmad var udemærket, selvom det bliver lidt ensformigt i løbet af ugen - gør det jo alle steder. På trods af at det er hotel med børn var der roligt, de aftener der var underholdning sluttede "larmen" 22.30. Super rent og pænt, lidt slidt men vi kommer gerne igen. Indkøb og gode restauranter i gå afstand.

Das wichtigste ist für uns, dass unsere Kids happy waren und ich kann sagen ja. Man könnte jetzt meckern auf hohem Niveau, Vielleicht brauchen die Zimmer in den nächsten 1-2 Jahren neue Ausstattung. insgesamt passt die Kombi mit toller Kindergerechter Pool-Landschaft und 1a Strand. Zudem sind die Angestellten sehr bemüht und durch die Bank nett! Ich möchte außerdem dem Animateur Rene hervorheben. normalerweise ist das mir nicht so wichtig und meine Kinds nutzen dass garnicht aber Rene war echt super und es hat spass gemacht, danke dafür!

Gutes Familien-Hotel für einen fairen Preis

Gutes Hotel für Familien (mit Kindern) direkt am Strand mit Supermarkt unmittelbar vor der Türe und sehr guter Bus-Anbindung. Viele Aktivitäten für Kinder (Spielplatz, Mini-Club) vorhanden. Der Poolbereich ist sauber und gepflegt. Das Zimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig und in die Jahre gekommen. Bei der Sauberkeit kann noch verbessert werden. Das Frühstücksangebot ist groß. Allerdings könnte das Obst und Gemüse frischer sein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Grupotel Natura Playa ist insgesamt ein solides Hotel für Gäste, die während ihres Aufenthalts keine großen Aktivitäten im Hotel erwarten. Unser Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten und praktisch eingerichtet, mit separatem Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und einer kleinen Kochnische, die wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben. Wir hatten einen seitlichen Meerblick – diese Zimmerkategorie kann sich sowohl auf der Nord- als auch auf der Südseite befinden, eine gezielte Auswahl ist jedoch nicht möglich. Gerade im Frühjahr wäre die Südseite mit Blick auf den Pool sicherlich angenehmer. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, was grundsätzlich ein Pluspunkt ist. Leider war dieser während unseres Aufenthalts auf weiter Strecke von Algen bedeckt, die unangenehm rochen – ein Aspekt, den man bedenken sollte. Das Personal gibt sich bemüht und ist überwiegend freundlich. Allerdings wirkt der Service an der Rezeption gelegentlich unprofessionell und könnte optimiert werden. Das Essen bietet in der Regel eine gute Auswahl und ist oft schmackhaft. Es gab jedoch auch Speisen, die qualitativ nicht überzeugt haben.

Traumhafter Urlaub direkt am Meer – wir kommen wieder! Wir haben im April eine wundervolle Woche im Grupotel Natura Playa in Playa de Muro verbracht. Das Hotel hat uns in nahezu allen Punkten überzeugt: Die Lage ist unschlagbar – direkt am wunderschönen, feinsandigen Strand und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Das gesamte Personal war überaus freundlich, aufmerksam und stets hilfsbereit. Die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel – ob Zimmer, Restaurant oder Außenbereich – war hervorragend. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das abwechslungsreiche und qualitativ hochwertige Buffet: Jeden Tag gab es neue Köstlichkeiten sowie eine tolle Auswahl an frischem Obst (u. a. verschiedene Melonensorten, Orangen, Papaya, Kiwi, Äpfel und Bananen). Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Preise für alkoholische Cocktails an der Hotelbar fanden wir etwas überzogen (z. B. 9,40 € für einen Mojito). Leider wurden während unseres Aufenthalts die Strände von der Segelquallenplage ( stinkende Kadaver) und von Seegras aufgrund der Vorsaison noch nicht gereinigt – dafür kann das Hotel jedoch nichts, es hat unseren Urlaub aber auch nicht wesentlich getrübt. Insgesamt ein top geführtes Hotel mit Wohlfühlgarantie – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Es gab nichts auszusetzen…ein wirklich schönes Hotel! Leider wurden wir auf dem Parkplatz davor Opfer eines Taschendiebs…er wollte Geld gewechselt haben und dabei hat er die Scheine entwendet. Der Fahrradverleih ist teuer und nicht besonders kooperativ.

El Sitio está muy bien, buena Piscina, buenas Habitaciones y acceso directo a la Playa, que es muy buena. La pega es que los Horarios de las Comidas est adaptados a los Alemanes, la Cena es de 18:30 a 21h y los Animadores no saben Castellano, y no tratan de integrarte, mi hijo de 9 Años no pudo jugar a nada con ellos.

Todo muy bien. lo mejor la amabilidad del personal y la zona de la piscina. El desayuno me pareció muy bueno y la comida en el hotel tiene precios muy razonables

Unsere Kinder waren begeistert!

Personal wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert. Das ist das was zählt. Verbesserungsvorschlag zum Thema Essen: Ein paar Sachen mehr für Kids zur Auswahl. Vielleicht Burger, Chicken Nuggets jeden Abend. Pizza muss man nicht selbst machen, aber dann bitte einen besseren Lieferanten suchen. Die waren nicht so gut. Die Angebotene war wirklich grade so ok, also 4-. Poollandschaft wirklich toll für Kids. Auch der Strand toll und Lage.
