"Beautiful property in a lovely neighborhood. My only suggestion was that it was not well stocked with some of the basics that usually come with a rental unit like better coffee options, salt, pepper, aluminum foil, etc. Also, having access to cleaning supplies would also be useful to help guests keep the unit clean. Things like a broom and all purpose cleaner. "

"Excellent service and a very nice hotel. The staff was great throughout our stay. I would especially like to mention Alex, the front desk agent who assisted us with check-in. He was very kind, friendly, and helpful, and offered us an upgraded room with more space. Ivan, who served us at the restaurant, was also exceptional—very attentive and professional, with excellent customer service skills. Overall, we had a wonderful experience."
