Un poco alejado del centro historico pero hay acceso cercano al sistema de transporte en general. El desayuno buffet bastante satisfactorio .

Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly. The one thing that I feel should be mentioned is housekeeping let themselves into the room at 8:30am while I was showering, i got quite the fight as a young female it could have been anyone letting themselves in. It made me feel very unsafe. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

However, you need to put the "do not disturb" sign on your door if you do not wish the housekeeping not to enter. A large hotel and catered for our family of 4 really well. The quad rooms are spacious (bunk bed) with separate WC and Washroom. The included breakfast is great and offers a number hot and cold dishes. Choose your timing though, it can busy. The hotel is about 700m mtrs from the nearest train station but an easy walk. Very much recommend for singles, couples and families. note - there is no air conditioning but a fan can be supplied on request. We stayed in Sept and it was still quite warm

The rooms were warm and unbearable. Rooms have no AC which I get, but they didn’t provide any fans for circulation

The hotel itself was absolutely amazing brilliant staff amazing room all for a great price… However, (through no fault of the hotel) unfortunately some of the surrounding buildings are strip clubs which doesn’t give the area a sense of security or safety. Don’t let this put you off the hotel though, it’s a brilliant facility.

There are numerous strip clubs in area very few dining options. Staff is disorganized and somewhat rude. Check in was awful. Didn’t even have a bar of soap to wash your hands in the room. If you arrive before check in nowhere to leave luggage ie bellhop. Next day when our tour started they made us checkout and check back in. They only give you 1 key even though there were 3 adults in the room. You have to have a key card to get to the room floors. Elevator doesn’t always work. Very inconvenient when others wanted to leave room and go different places. We booked 2 rooms in one booking and were still put in different floors. Again VERY disorganized.

Perfect value for money. The hotel was clean although some amenities were missing. It’s located in a quite area and city center can be accessed directly using U2 bahn.

Looks like they may be still renovating? The halls we're in need of some fresh paint but overall the room was a good value. Quiet and comfortable. Good amenities. I don't love paying for parking, but it was inexpensive

The main problem was with their cleaning system. 1. The mattresses had a weird smell. 2. The way they make the bed is awful, as soon as you get into bed, everything gets messed up and you have to sleep with that bad smell for the mattress 3. The pillows were litteraly falling apart 4. I wanted them to clean my room but they always came sooo early... I dont think 9 am is a regulat cleaning time for a hotel 5. And when they did clean my room I think they only change towels...

I liked that the property was very clean, quiet, and good value for the money. It's an easy walk from the hotel to an U-Bahn station on a subway line that takes you right into the heart of Munich. Drawbacks were no restaurants, newsstands, or convenience stores in the immediate vicinity. The hotel has a small store with soft drinks, beer and snacks at reasonable prices. Overall, I like this hotel and would stay here again if I return to Munich in the near future.

Staff wasn’t very friendly and haven’t provided much info at check in . Looked like they didn’t care much about the customers. Noise from a few clients until late on the tables outside the building (on the parking side ). Room were good. More amenities would be much appreciated.
