-During the 2 nights that I stayed in this hotel, I was unable to get a WiFi signal in my hotel room, the whole entire time.
-I was locked out of my room 5 different times, as my key card no longer worked. I had to then go down to the front desk to have my key card recharged.
-There was an issue with the key card and the light switches, as the lights would constantly turn themselves off after I was in the room for less than 5 minutes. After this happened at least 6 times, I was told there was a faulty switch, and I was put into another room.
- Due to the lack of WiFi signal in the first room I was put into (#504), and the faulty light switches, I was then put into room 101. I had no WiFi signal in that room, either. I was then told I could move to a third room. Are they joking? Why should I move to THREE different rooms when I only stayed there for 2 nights?
-The hotel claims that food is available 24 hours, as they have multiple restaurants and bars in the hotel. But, I went down to a restaurant at 5:30 PM and was told I was only able to get a sandwich or pizza, and nothing else. I passed on eating.
- I went to the restaurant in the evening, and ordered one Kingfisher beer. They tacked on a 25 rupee service charge. When I pointed out a news article from the Times of India (online) that said the service charge was not required as per Indian government regulations, I was told "So sorry Ma'am" and got a refund of my 25 rupees.
