"Great hotel in great area of Kyoto. Next to main shopping street, canal full of little restaurants. Very close by to Pontocho very charming and full of bars and restaurants walking distance from hotel. Gion district and nishiki market all walking distance as well! Would stay again!"

"Really nice hotel near the river in Kyoto. Room was very nice and spacious enough for 3 of us in a room. Modern design and has all the things you'd expect from a hotel room. Check-in/check-out was also easy, and staff are very helpful with any questions/issues like luggage forwarding, reserving something, etc. Has several of shops and restaurants nearby, and close to many locales like Pontocho Alley and Kamo River. About a 6-7 min walk to subway station, and closer for a bus stop. Only gripe would maybe be no coin laundry in the hotel, but there is a good coin laundromat nearby the hotel (2-3 min walk). "
