We booked two rooms at one time and were really surprised when we arrived to find out rooms had a private adjoining entry. The rooms were large & comfortable.
Check in was great and within 10 minutes of being in the room we received a call from reception to check if we were happy with the room or if we needed anything. Our TV remote didn't work and within 5 minutes of calling reception we had a new remote delivered to our room.
The staff were really friendly.

very friendly and accommodating staff. motel is quite old and could do with some upgrading. But it was only a 5 to 10 minute drive to Welland hosting Canoe/kayak championships.

Everthing was excellent except housekeeping don’t service room unless requested which we didn’t know,so no coffee, water, clean towels or garbage removal, no body soap in shower or safe in room. I still highly recommend, helpful staff, clean, I will stay here again.
