Stains on bedsheets, wet toilet when checking in. Remote control for TV doesn't work unless you walk right to the TV and point the remote to the receiver located behind it. No towel provided, saying it's still in laundry.

Spider webs on ceilings, blood stain on bed sheet. No towels provided n was told to wait to send over after 4 hours but no in vain till we complained to the manager.

Quite okay, but must hired good and responsibility housekeeping to tidy up room. Pls. Alot of dust, hair, and toilet quite dirty.

They did not receive info from Expedia and was not expecting anyone. Luckily had paid confirmation from Expedia. The room booked was not ready and paid extra for supposedly available superior room. The sink glass top was never cleaned, was told only had one towel left. The poor staff attending was feeling harrased because the other staff did not do their work. Will never set foot there again.
my booking is not in their record and the reason the staff incharge was not updated. They was change the other room and the room type is not satisfied. Very upset on this matter and hope expedia will take note. tq
