House keeping is scheduled everyday to ensure cleanliness of the property. With a super friendly and polite staff its easy feel at home and welcome. The breakfast menu is superb,the only thing that requires more attention is the AC of the gym. It doesn’t seem to cool the room adequately.

The best part about One Central Hotel is its convenient location in the downtown area, close to Colon Street, shopping malls, and many city attractions. Their buffet breakfast also offers a wide variety of delicious choices. The hotel is affordable and a great option for travellers who want to experience Cebu city life while staying within their budget. One Central Hotel is definitely a practical and budget-friendly place to stay.

Internet in most rooms is unstable. Checked out without refund. Not staying there again. Staff unable to fix problem. Maybe owner doesn’t care about internet service. I’m happy businessman but this is not to be tote rated. IT guy very nice but ancient technology infrastructure. Front desk and restaurant staff are very nice. Goodbye One Central. I hope they enjoy the extra profit for the owners.

The breakfast was good. Air conditioning didn’t work great - someone came and fixed it, but still wasn’t cold! Staff were friendly. The day we left I woke up with tons of bites on my arms, legs and stomach. I honestly think I got bed bugs here.

Excellent courteous service from the staff gives this hotel a 5 star! The Filipino themed buffet is a must…I had an early flight, and requested for a breakfast pack, which I very much appreciated…the pool area at the top of the building has a great view of the city…will definitely stay here again.
