"Second time booking at Knot. First was during Tokyo Marathon. I will book again when I visit Tokyo. It may be a bit of a walk to Shinjuku Station but the place is not chaotic which I prefer. The restaurant at the second floor is very good too aside from the bread they sell at the lobby. "

The staff was super attentive to our every need and upgraded our room when there was a minor issue with our original room. Reserve a room with access to the Cerulean lounge off the lobby to get coffee, tea, ice cream and great unique japanese snacks. "
