"Overall this was a nice hotel.
The issue I experienced finding my wallet missing money immediately after a staff member cleaned our room.
When escalating the incident with the hotel staff, they sided with their staff member and the story they told us was not believable.

"The hotel is very convenient just off the main Nakuru - Mombasa highway. The bedroom was good and clean, but the bathroom was not working well, had standing water on the floor and not so clean. The staff were helpful, but for some reason my online booking was not received and so it was lucky they had space and I had to get cash to pay. The hotel could be heading in the right direction, but needs more attention to the detail they have in the bedroom to other aspects of the facilities"
"There was no pool, it said microwave and fridge, there was not, only 1 towel for two people and they said they would bring it and never did till 2nd night. Didn’t clean the room until after we complained on the 2nd night."
"Excellent hotel with very nice glamping and food / staff was very responsive and nice. Food for breakfast and lunch was excellent / we unfortunately missed dinner. On lake Naivasha with boat tour facilities. Hells Gate Park is very close. Excellent access to all facilities. Special thanks to Geoffrey the Front Desk Manager who was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We would love to have extended our visits will be back again."
"Remove the word “luxury” in the name of the hotel or replace it by “Outdated” then it’s clear about the state.
Also replace “pool” with “Pond” it describes it better the water was green and dirty
Flowers/bushes on balconies was all dead why not remove them"

"Staff was great and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean. There are some restaurants close by that are walkable, but should be cautious. The breakfast buffet is ok and a bit pricey. "
"Our stay for 3 nights was amazing from the reception staff, cleaners, restaurant staff & the meals were lovely. The Troy Mediterranean restaurant was great as was the Kahani restaurant, Ezekie was a great host as was the chef Vivek.
The Hotel is very close to Village Market , which you can walk to - well worth a visit and would recommend this Hotel.
My wife had fallen ill and the reception staff were very helpful and comforting.

"The front desk guy at check-in was wonderful. The staff helped pack our breakfast on the days we went on safari. On the days we had breakfast at the buffet, it was excellent. The location is great. The staff always responded to everything. Dinner at the hotel was fine, and the rooftop is very nice with a happy hour every day."
