"Excellent hotel with very nice glamping and food / staff was very responsive and nice. Food for breakfast and lunch was excellent / we unfortunately missed dinner. On lake Naivasha with boat tour facilities. Hells Gate Park is very close. Excellent access to all facilities. Special thanks to Geoffrey the Front Desk Manager who was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We would love to have extended our visits will be back again."

There were fresh water bottles every day. The bathrooms functioned well, and there was no mold. The room was spacious enough. The location was very convenient for me. -excellent breakfast buffet with variety of hot items, pastries, cereal, hot beverages, yogurt, and fruit
-staff were very accommodating and friendly
-beautiful and expansive grounds
-very clean
-dinner at the restaurant was very tasty
-large room with bedside lamps and outlets for charging
Cons:
-very close to the main road so front facing rooms were loud
-every high bathroom window opened into the hallway and couldn’t be closed.
-very little sound insulation so if you are a light sleeper, make sure to bring earplugs
-area around the hotel was very bustling and not very cleanable
