The hotel could be heading in the right direction, but needs more attention to the detail they have in the bedroom to other aspects of the facilities"

"The best service you can find. Friendly and helpful. We loved the house and the open walls. You really get the nature in the living room. At night the Hippos roam outside :) The food is exceptional. I lost my luggage and the team helped me even though I was l no longer staying with them. Very greatful. I have been here before and will come back!"

"Loved my stay at sanctuary heart. The watch tower is in the middle of the farm so you are always surrounded by some animals and steps away from the main restaurant. The food was great - I did not need to bother cooking for myself. Ahead of my trip to Naivasha, I had reached out to sanctuary farm to inquire about some of the experienced and activities that they offer. The team was super responsive and helpful- not a single question went unanswered. I also appreciate the cashless system at the farm. I did not have to worry about carrying any cash with me. Really enjoyed my stay - however brief."
