"The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Slept great. Some little signs of wear and tear are showing here and there; stain on side of the bed and the tv intermittently went off and came back on. The downstairs area of the casino and the walkways - trash was often overflowing out of some of the trash cans which is very unsightly. The one by the ice cream place next to Americano Cafe was disgusting. Breakfast at the cafe was quick and efficient. Just wish that you would offer vanilla sweetened yogurt with the fruit/granola bowl instead of just the sour, unsweetened blueberry yogurt - give people at least a choice. I would also serve the granola on the side - some people like more than what you put on. The staff wherever we went were friendly and helpful. The bartenders at Gustovs were great. Only big downside is I had a small shopping bag on the stool beside me and someone took it, so I lost several items I had purchased during the day. Watch all of your things in the casino - the guy I think who took it was a nice looking, well dressed 30-something man who I never would have thought would steal. All in all, the huge upside for me was the room being so quiet and cool/dark at night. Great rest! Thanks!"

"Firstly, there was no proper room available when we checked in, and we were assigned a disability room without prior notice. The bathroom was in terrible condition-the water kept leaking out from the standing shower, making it extremely inconvenient. There was no housekeeping service at all, even though we had selected the everyday housekeeping option. We had to call or go to the front desk daily just to get basic items like towels and shower gel. The overall condition of the bathroom was outdated and poorly maintained. At the very least, basic facilities should be properly checked and ensured for guests. Everything about this stay was disappointing and frustrating. This has been one of the worst hotel experiences of my life, especially booking through hotels.com. I would not recommend this to anyone."
