We honestly love the Horseshoe, I’ve stayed there three times and also when it was Bally’s. So four total.. This time was still good, employees were nice and room was clean EXCEPT our AC barely worked and smelt moldy… after day 3 my throat and tonsils were swollen and I read online that moldy AC can be the culprit. The day I got home it all cleared up. I’m 100% convinced the moldy AC got me sick. It gradually got worse the longer we stayed. Not to mention it didn’t stay cool. We had to keep turning it on and it was 105+ outside.. otherwise we’re happy with Horseshoe…

I liked the free parking included for hotel guests. Walking distance to many other casinos. What I didn’t like was that there were no trash bags in the trash cans inside the room itself and room was pretty outdated with AC as well as light lamps kept flickering
