The hotel was great! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The daily happy hour was a great way to get to know the other guests at the hotel. The daily breakfast was filling and great quality as well.
The rooms were as advertised. Modern, clean, and accessible. While slightly small in size, they were perfect for our trip to Auckland.

Love the area the motel, only down fall I had with this stay is I booked a room with a spa bath but couldn’t use properly as one of the jets was blowing water all over the place. However I did inform staff and I was asked if I was ok in that room and I just said yes due to the fact we had a lot of things and couldn’t be bothered moving them all. One other down fall the bed in room 07 was horrible on one side as they are two singles pushed together, I have had a sore back for over a week now.

This hotel is not cheap, and I could smell cigarette smoke in my room. Was not ideal based on this alone.
Also I was working, so needed early breakfast. I know buffet breakfast in a hotel is not cheap, but I would like options available at 6am. There was only one breakfast option which was full buffet breakfast. So I went out of the hotel for this.
