"The check in line was long with few staff assisting guests. There were more staff standing around staring at the computers than assisting the guests to check in. We stayed for four days and three nights and our room was never cleaned or given clean towels - we took the do not disturb sign off the door and the room did not get cleaned. The shower ceiling had mold marks and there was black hair in the toilet - we do not have black hair. We stayed at Caesar’s Palace to see Blake Shelton - he was excellent!!!"

"The property is run down and they charge for every little thing you may need- even internet! The resort fees are astronomical and the pool is not relaxing. Loud loud music- I play in a band so I can tolerate a lot. No free drinks while gambling unless you gamble the maximum! The location is fine, but will never return- I have been going there for 25 years. Sad."

"When we got there we checked in through the kiosk which was fast and smooth however the room assigned to us was not cleaned or ready! Called house keeping and they advised us to request a new room. So just an inconvenience to go all the way to the lobby with your stuff and ask for a new room. They were nice about it and no questions ask but still just an inconvenience from a long drive."

"Check in was very confusing. I tried to use the mobile system to bypass the extremely long check in line and that didn’t work. There were machines in the lobby to help bypass the line and they also didn’t work. Check out was a mess and we got stuck in the parking garage. It was surprising to see all the additional fees for parking, housekeeping, and resort fees. Not sure we will stay here again."
